We’re consumers ourselves, we appreciate holidays are a luxury and as such the service and time spent on their planning should represent value for money.
We are not tied or restricted to any allegiances or affiliations and as such remain unbiased and available to recommend the property and route which best suits your requirements, not that which best suits our pocket . Our considerable number of years in the industry means we have established firm and trustworthy relationships with reliable hotels and our colleagues on the ground, ensuring our guests peace of mind.
With so many options on offer these days we are passionate about keeping experiences authentic and not limiting a guests experience to the well-known and often crowded sights. A trip to India’s Golden Triangle should not ignore the beautiful Taj Mahal but it should also include a route through remote local villages to meet tribesmen and witness (or even partake in) an opium ceremony or the opportunity to ride Marwari horses through the breath-taking Mali Nathji ka Dhora.
We’re available! Our office travels with us and we recognise that 9-5 may not always be the most convenient time for you to speak to us. If you’d like to chat through your requirements on a Wednesday evening or call to check how many layers you should be taking as you’re packing on a Sunday morning, we’re always available to take your call.
With offices in Oxfordshire and London, where possible we welcome the opportunity to meet our guests face to face in order to discuss your plans and establish that all-important trustworthy relationship.
For those further afield we’re pretty techno friendly as well and our Skype facility is always open.
