Australia’s capital city, the oldest and largest, is iconic for a reason – it’s just beautiful.
Start or finish your day on the harbour, one of the world’s most famous; the botanic gardens are good for a meander or to sit and ponder, while adrenaline junkies should enjoy a climb on the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
Surrounding the harbour are several popular bars and restaurants, as well another Sydney icon, the Sydney Opera House, just as beautiful inside as it is outside. If desired we can arrange for you to attend a performance or have a behind the scenes tour.
For a better perspective, hop on the ferry to Manly and have lunch at Manly beach. From the harbour there are several blocks of shopping, as well as most of the city’s museums. Go back in time in the Australian Museum in Hyde Park, and then come back to the future at the Museum of Contemporary Art. And you can’t miss perhaps the best spot of all, Bondi Beach, where the views are so incredible you just can’t believe you’re in Australia’s largest urban area.
Sydney has one of the most famous harbours in the world and enjoying lunch on board a private yacht with a local skipper whilst cruising by luxury homes, leafy parks, and the landmarks of Sydney Harbour is highly recommended.
Alternatively take off from Sydney Harbour and fly north, through the heads and along the Northern Beaches, before turning inland over the Narrabeen Lakes and Pittwater. Your pilot will land in front of your chosen restaurant and after spending a few hours enjoying lunch by the water with a superb view of the Hawkesbury River and the virgin bush land of the region, you will return to Sydney Harbour in the afternoon circling the city for unforgettable views of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge.
