The first all over-water villa resort and located in one of the largest lagoons of Maldives, Gili Lankanfushi surrounds the bijou island of Lankanfushi and exudes sophisticated barefoot luxury.

The 44 villas are all crafted in a traditional style from natural materials, sustainable woods and traditional fabrics and the utmost care has been taken in developing the island with respect to its ecological balance. Dine under palm trees at the beachfront restaurant for daily à la carte menus, relax and enjoy sunset cocktails or delectable  fresh grills at the all-over-water-bar where the centre of the deck opens to the sea or enjoy private dining on the sun deck of your villa. Alternatively dinner can be enjoyed in the underground Gourmet Cellar complemented by fine wines from around the world.

Extensive treatments are offered in the Meera Spa and when you emerge from your water borne hideaway there are plentiful activities to enjoy including a scuba dive school to help you explore the marine life below.

45 sumptuous over water villas, including Crusoe Residences and The Private Reserve reached only by boat. Each has its own private water garden and sun decks, and the bathrooms have a separate shower accessed along an open-air walkway.

Due to the fact that the majority of the villas are over water, children are accepted, but not encouraged to stay at Gili Lankanfushi for safety reasons.
